Sílex
Sílex is a component that allows the presentation of documents in LexNet and E-Justicia, platforms of the Ministry of Justice for legal operators. It includes a part of consultancy with which we homologate our client companies on these platforms, obtaining on their behalf the application identifier that allows access to the web services of the platforms under their CIF and corporate identity.
Context
The SGNT (Subdirección General de Nuevas Tecnologías de la Justicia) offers a Homologation to Legal Operators that allows access to LexNET Web Services. EJusticia has a similar system that also allows access to its web services
The advantage of accessing these services is the opportunity to file batches of pleadings and claims in an automated manner. In other words, thousands of submissions can be made massively, automated and without human intervention
EMC offers a Service that includes completing the Homologation on behalf of our clients, who will be able to enjoy this status permanently and a component (Sílex) that integrates with any system and allows the presentation and downloading of the batches
How it works
Management of the administrative process of homologation (filling in documentation, requesting application identifier, carrying out functional tests, battery of tests and assistance and obtaining the homologation
Parallel integration of the Sílex component into the client’s system
